Associate Pastor of Adult & Community Ministries: Full-time

Hillcrest is looking for an Associate Pastor of Adult and Community Ministries who is passionate about people, discipleship, and seeing the church make a meaningful difference in the community.

​

This pastor (he or she) will join our Pastoral Leadership Team and help create spaces where adults can grow in faith, leaders can be equipped, volunteers can thrive, and meaningful relationships can flourish both inside and beyond the walls of the church.

​

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, relational, collaborative, and excited about ministry—a strong communicator and preacher who loves developing people, building teams, and helping the church engage its community with the love of Jesus.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in ministry, theology, or a related field, or equivalent ministry experience, be ordained or actively pursuing ordination, and be a baptized follower of Jesus committed to faithful and Christ-centred pastoral leadership.
